P.M.S. Tea

A pleasant tasting blend of effective diuretic herbs indicated for the relief of temporary water weight gain and swelling associated with the premenstrual period.

INGREDIENTS: Dandelion root (taraxacum officinale): 500 mg. per tea bag.

OTHER INGREDIENTS: Roasted carob pod, roasted barley, roasted chicory root, parsley leaf, oat straw, nettle leaf, chickweed herb, uva ursi leaf, cramp bark, and cornsilk.

• Directions for use: At the first signs of PMS, or ten days before menstruation, drink 3-4 cups per day, not to exceed 8 cups in 24 hours.
